Equine Staff of the Past

We would like to honor our former therapy horses that have touched so many lives and helped so many people. Some have been retired, some have moved on to other homes and some have, unfortunately, passed away. We will never forget the joy they brought into our lives.

Woody
An Appaloosa Gelding, Woody was once an equine member of the Syracuse University's Equestrian Team. Woody loved his job and displayed a great sense of humor! Woody was one of our first therapy horses.

Sheeza Scribbles "Sheeza"
A Registered Paint Mare, Sheeza was a member of the Cazenovia College Western Equestrian Team and a beloved member of our team! Her sweet nature earned her the nickname "Sheeza Sweetheart."

Been Tough Goin' "Benny"
A Gray Quarter Horse Gelding, Benny was a delight to work with and a favorite among the volunteers privileged to work with him. Benny was loaned to us by owners Jill and Vic LaFrenz.
